I am a retail investor who was heavily impacted recently due to clear market manipulation and shady backdoor tactics that are being practiced by many of these large hedge funds. Many of these practices directly impact the average investor and I personally believe that SR-NSCC-2021-801 will help prevent the likelihood of further damage to retail investors.
