To whom it may concern, I appreciate your time to take my comment into consideration. I believe implementing the proposed ruling of SR-NSCC-2021-801 is a necessary step in the right direction. As more and more retail investors step into this market there needs to be more regulation in every department to evolve in this ever changing market. I strongly believe in order to secure the trust of retail traders there needs to be more harsh penalties for bad actors who break the rules. This is the balance that needs to take place in a free market. To quote Final Fantasy tactics “if the penalty for a crime is a fine, then the law only exists for the lower classes”.
