I am an individual investor who feels this rule ( File No. SR-NSCC-2021-801 ) should be implemented as the current stock market manipulation is currently getting out of hands completely ruining the market and particular stocks. I would like to see this rule passed and implemented immediately. Thank you, Janese Smith
