Hello, I believe that the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 will help to better mitigate irresponsible short positions in the market. Risky positions require more collateral, that’s an oversight in regards to having short positions that needs to be corrected. I believe this rule is a move towards correcting this loophole of risk that has gotten out of hand. I would like to see this rule implemented as soon as possible with severe punishments for violations to this rule. Thank you. -Dennis Mesina
