To who it may concern, You have the responsibility and power to protect markets and therefore economy of this country. We need to keep Retail Investors safe and confident that investing on the markets is fair for everyone. Price manipulation by naked shorting and writing naked calls IS the next Synthetic CDO and is a crime! Now we need to be able to act fast to make sure these quadrupled-down institutions are not able to continue to kick the can down the road. The markets, the DTCC, and retail investors like myself deserve a system of accountability to be implemented. Retail is growing and can positively impact markets and economy, will not do it if markets stay in the current setup, where big players can cheat, manipulate and lough in our faces!
