Hi! I'm an individual retail investor and believe that SR-NSCC-2021-801 would be a leap in the correct direction of accountability for those short selling and borrowing stocks. Updates to the current RegSHO closeout requirements are much needed and the SLD change in process from monthly to daily would be progress in the right direction. I'm in full support of this rule and the transparency that it will enforce along with it. Thanks for your consideration, Eric
