As an individual investor, I strongly support the ratification of SR-NSCC-2021-801.I believe implementation of this rule will strengthen the trust in the American free market, a market in which I am heavily invested in. Currently I have significant holdings in the US stock market, and recent events regarding the lack of transparency has given me less trust of the market. I hope this rule will be approved by the SEC, and allow greater transparency and trust to the US stock market. I believe this rule is of Paramount importance. Sincerely Norwegian investor
