As a retail investor I would like to see the new proposed rule (SR-NSCC-2021-801) passed and enforced immediately. Short selling is being misused and abused and this rule takes a small step in the right direction. Additionally, the SEC needs to start enforcing huge penalties against these giant hedge funds which violate rules (for big payout) and pay a small fine (still making monster profits on illegal behavior). The penalties need to make their illegal behavior unprofitable. Again, I would like to see this rule passed and implemented immediately. Thank you, Ken Sewell Dayton, Ohio
