April 9, 2021 I fully support the implementation of rule number in the above Subject line. I believe it will help to mitigate risky plays from all actors within the market. Institutional investors (i.e. hedge funds) have ridiculous and unfair advantages to short stocks by overleveraging their positions in order manipulate stock prices, particularly driving them downward even to the point of purposefully bankrupting companies.
