I am a share holder in several stocks that I have chosen to support financially. It certainly appears there could be some grey areas being exploited, that individual investors do not really have any significant way to research, that can negatively affect our chosen stocks. This is bad for our entire economy. I support this rule. I believe it is a step in the right direction. I hope your department acts swiftly to correct any wrong doings. Please pass this rule.
