Hello, I am an individual retail investor and would like to express my opinion regarding the new proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. I would like to see the rule immediately enacted and implemented for it ensures better accountability for certain trade practices. In addition, a more severe punishment for rule violations should be considered as well. Best regards -Moe
