I fully support the implementation of this rule. I believe it will help to eliminate and subside risky investments from all actors within the market. Particularly those who use short positions and Failure to Deliver, and the lack of transparency therein to blatantly (as has become very apparent in the previous few months) manipulate stock prices. We as investors demand more transparency, we don’t trust this fraudulent system, I want to invest with confidence that my investments are not been manipulated by certain funds that love to destroy companies to profit themselves aka, Shorts.
