To Whom It May Concern; This is to reference to my support FOR APPROVAL of SR-NSCC-2021-801 I feel very strongly that the SEC needs to approve this filing. The stock market and its integrity has been broken for way too long. This would be a huge step in restoring transparency and faith for the time ahead. Retail investors have been stuck as the consistent loser with extreme, consistent and obvious market manipulation by the market makers and many hedge funds, specifically. The “free market” has not been “free” for many and trust that many of us have been watching. Thank you SEC for giving us the chance to express our views and offer this change to restore our faith in the market and it’s integrity. Paying small fines for these serious fraudulent market manipulations has become commonplace, and simply the cost of doing business for these people.
