Subject: file no. SR-NSCC-2021-801 Message: I am a single retail investor and I would like to share my opinion on this new proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe that if this rule comes into effect, it will be a step in the right direction towards accountability for those who participate in the short / stock lending program. It is time for an update to the current RegSHO close-out requirements and I believe this change to the SLD process from monthly to daily billing is a step forward. I want this rule to be adopted and implemented immediately. Finally, I would like to see more severe penalties for non-compliance and violation of this rule.
