To whom it may concern... Hi, I’m a retail investor and would like to express my opinion regarding rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe this rule, if enacted, is a step in the right direction in providing accountability for those who engage in short selling/stock. I would like to see the rule passed ASAP. Finally, proper penalties must be enacted to deter anyone from breaking these rules and ensuring a fair and free market for ALL! Thank you for your time, take care.
