To whom it may concern,
First and foremost I would like to thank you for even proposing this rule change. It is nice to see government working for those that employ them ( and I don’t mean billionaire market makers.)
As a relatively new retail investor I have picked a very odd time to join the stock market. I am very good at picking up trends and analyzing them. Based on what I have learned I can assume that the market is rigged against the retail trader. We do not enjoy the benefits of OTC Dark pools, naked shirts, etc. We are here trying to pull ourselves up by our proverbial bootstraps and your agency has helped to accommodate those bootstraps being removed.
We are just hard working people, the back bone of society, and all we ask for is a fair shake. That’s where you come in. Stop letting the powers to be continue to screw us over. I hope you can hear my plight.
