I want to make formal comment to let you know I strongly support Rule NSCC-2021-801 and any rule that eliminates the inexplicable lack of scrutiny which has allowed hidden dirty/illegal dealings, naked shorting, FTD shares, dark pool trades, ladder attacks, trading to artificially lower the price per share, etc. Thank you so much for listening and your help in restoring a free and fair market!
