April 8 2021 I am writing as a retail investor and I am fully supportive of rule SR-NSCC-2021-801, my reasoning for this is because if this rule is passed i believe there will be a better opportunity for a free market and the playing field will be brought closer to neutral, I hope that this rule will tighten up on the ongoing daily market manipulation that anybody with 2 eyes could see, I trust and believe in the SEC that this will be enforced and will get control of all the illegal activity in the market, I truly appreciate you taking time to read this and look forward to SEC getting ahead and stopping future market issues.
