To whom this may concern, I believe the enaction of this rule will be very effective in managing the risks the big institutions on Wall St impose on the market and retail investors in the scenarios of high-risk positions and their respected margin requirements. This rule will force these institutions to pay attention and due diligence and to prevent abusive short positions and abusive naked shorting without prejudice. I hope this rule does exactly as intended to police these institutions who are abusing their powers market-wide.
