I support this filing. Retail investors are impacted by manipulation on a daily basis; that is not my strongest reason for supporting this filing. The level of risk taken by reckless institutional investors threatens every aspect trading. This issue of liquidity is not a hedge fund problem, it's a systemic problem. I hope implementing daily checks/reports will mitigate the level of risk that currently exists. I may be a retail investor, but my major, long term investments are at risk. The longer this continues the faster small investors will lose confidence in the market. There are other options to invest in. I fully support this filing and hope it is ratified/implemented quickly.
