Affiliation: Retail Investor Thursday, April 8th 9:39 p.m. For the consideration of the SEC. One of my favorite regulatory agencies I am in full support of this regulation. I have personally witnessed and experienced what goes on in the market without rules and regulations like these. I hope the SEC looks upon it as favorably as I do. The hope is that this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. While more should be done, this regulation is a step in the right direction.
