To whom it may concern, I, a retail investor, would like to voice my opinion on the matter of SR-NSCC-2021-801 and say that I am in full favor of the passing and implementation of rule 801 as soon as possible. I believe that the greatest amount of transparency in the market should be sought after. I also am a firm believer that all parties in our market should be kept in check when it comes to extreme liability. Please pass rule 801. Thank you, A Retail Investor
