As an individual investor, I strongly support the ratification of SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe that this rule will strengthen the oversight that can be provided by the DTCC and/or components of the NSCC. Making sure that members are keeping accurate accounts of their trading actions is of paramount importance. This proposal only enhances the integrity of our markets and I cannot even hypothesize rational arguments to the contrary.
