I am an individual retail investor and would like to comment regarding the newly proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. Regulations must be put in place to ensure a fair market. The integrity of the American market has long been at fault and we are long overdue for correction. This will ultimately create a healthier market for all involved and reassure all investors that this is a system for all involved and when it is abused there will be accountability. It's time to step up. I believe NSCC-801 is the first step to the transparency and regulation needed to return pride to the free market. Thank you Christine Kenney
