As a retail investor, my investments have repeatedly been negatively impacted by activities of institutions and corporations that could be described as market manipulation. This, I, and many other retail investors believe, is due, in part, to a historic lack of transparency and accountability; without transparency and accountability, we do not have a truly fair market. I implore the SEC to recognize the urgency of this matter by APPROVING this filing, SR-NSCC-2021-801, immediately, so that retail investors are given a fair and level playing field and greater transparency into the activities of those institutions and corporations who knowingly abuse the system.
