I am a retail investor and I strongly believe that large hedge funds have taken advantage of current rules and regulations that are not sufficient enough to keep the market a level playing field for the average retail investor. We need this rule implemented to make create a fair market where the retail investor has a chance against the big hedge funds. I urge you to pass this rule for the sake of not only individual investors but for the country and its economy. Thank you for your time.
