Thursday, April 8th, 2021 For your consideration, I am in full support of this regulation. My hope is that this will produce a more fair, stable, and transparent financial market. Those that seek to exploit the system thru loopholes and lack of transparency for personal gain at the expense of smaller, less advantaged retail investors should be punished. It's hard to believe that this regulation is not already in place. While more should be done, this regulation is a step in the right direction. Sincerely, T. H. Retail Investor
