To whom this may concern, This ruling is absolutely needed. In order to restore faith in the people’s market , this ruling must be in place. Americans have every right to invest and win the market. Hedge Funds do not need full control as this already exists. After job loss and business shut downs, I truly believe this will restore the faith of the market as this an opportunity to recoup losses.
