Thursday, April 8th, 2021 For the consideration of the SEC: I fully support this regulation with complete conciction. My personal desire is that the SEC shall looks upon this rule with as sincere a view as I do. This rule will help to promote a much more open, fair, non-biases and honest stock market by increasing corporate liability towards companies who abuse the system. Those who in effect game the system at the expense of others should be severely penalized by the SEC, not given a small slap on the wrist fine. So much more can be done to balance the fairness of the system, however this regulation is a very good start. Kind regards, John F. Nugent Retail investor
