I wholeheartedly back this rule to further deter hedge funds and other shorters from using shady tactics to manipulate the market. As a young investor, I take pride in putting what savings I can into the market and watching growth in a company I believe in. The fact that people can profit off a company’s misfortune through manipulative tactics is sickening. Those people need to be held responsible, which is why I support this rule. Best, Adam Abruzzo DPT
