I am an individual investor ( retail investor ) who feels this rule ( NSCC-2021-801 ) should be implemented as the current stock market manipulation is currently getting out of hands completely ruining the market and particular stocks. This is ruining our great economy and special favors need to be abolished. We need fairness. We need you to do the right thing. Thank you for your time.
