To whom it may concern,
The notice above is wrong on so many levels. I ask the SEC to do the right think actually create a fair and free market. These proposed rule changes will continue to set the American economy back decades and the SEC will be entirely responsible for the decline of our nation. For the love of god, do the right thing and make our economy fair
