Comments regarding SR-NSCC-2021-010:
Is the NSCC trying to establish a fair market, or a biased market that doesn't reflect true supply and demand?
Non-defaulting members absolutely need to have the privilege to initiate a recall or securities or force buy-ins if another member defaults.
