In regards to the filing, I believe it is missing a key component. Retail Orders should not be sent through Dark Pools. I have been tracking between 70%-95% of all retail orders on $AMC ent hldng being siphoned through the dark pools, while all Sell orders go directly to Market. Stop Naked Shorting, Failed to delivers and Dark Pool manipulation all at once.
