SEC, I oppose rule/proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-010 which would not favor retail investors and would make it easier for perpetual naked shorting of stocks by large institutions including hedge funds, banks, and investment firms. In short, I believe this rule is a means to undermine price discovery in the market in favor of bad actors.
