Aren’t you essentially admitted to illegal market manipulation with the suggestion of this rule change? This rule change is ridiculous. You’re limiting the losses of market participants should they get caught on the wrong end of a trade via insane illegal naked shorting. This rule only protects the rich and perpetuates the ‘Government will always save you’ theme that the fed started. No matter how corrupt they are, you guys will be there for them in the end. I don’t support this rule at all
