The current market is not fair or free while large hedge funds go unchecked in their ability to manipulate holdings, and redirect payment flow. FTD's are of no concern to those that would short stocks with no regulation. It's time the SEC intervenes and prevents nefarious activity from stepping on the necks of retail investors.
