As a retail investor, I perceive this rule change to be detrimental to retail investors, as it allows larger entities to violate REG SHO and avoid the consequences that come with making decisions that carry an immense amount of risk. Please ensure this does not pass, as it will allow blatant criminality in our markets to continue.
