I am against this proposal for many reasons. Allowing further delay in obligation delivery for a borrower only strengthens over-leveraged funds and institutions ability to circumvent their responsibilities. It will also, as hard as it is to imagine, further obfuscate the data that non-institutional (retail) investors have at their disposal.

The SEC as a regulatory organization can not continue to favor big banks and Hedge Funds at the expense of retail investors.
