This does not hold parties who commit violations fully accountable for their actions. Instead, can you please write rules that prevent wealth hoarders from making the poor poorer? Can you enforce fines that are at least equivalent to the massive gains that are aquired through fraud, and not just a slap on the wrist? Are naked shorting, market manipulation, and money laundering not illegal anymore?
