Dear SEC,
It is time to stop creating loopholes and exceptions for large institutions and big money investors. It is time to protect retail investors from a system that has granted loopholes and privileges to big money. This rule benefits big money while simultaneously putting retail investors at a disadvantage. Its time to stand up against corruption. If we the people can,, so can you.. Thank you for your time.
