This filing has way too much information redacted \"pursuant to 17 CFR 240.24b-2\". How on earth are people supposed to make sure everyone's following the rules, when the rules being proposed are redacted?
Speaking of rules, it's clear to me that the SEC fines are pennies on the dollars. If fines for breaking the law are rolled into the cost of doing business, participants will just keep breaking the law.
