I cannot believe you all are extending this as far as possible to help out crooked hedge fund and market makers. Its absolutely abhorrent to continue letting their illegal naked shorting practices to continue and by delaying this rule change you are complicit in their crimes. You should be thoroughly shamed of yourselves for waiting until the last possible second to screw over retail investors through this action.
