I support holding entities accountable with 002. As an individual investor, I unchecked short selling market manipulation make me question the legitimacy of our market.
This delay in implementing 002 makes me believe the SEC is not protecting individual investors, instead favoring institutions, market makers, and hedge funds which made poor choices and are financially insolvent \"behind the scenes.\"
Let's rip the band-aid off, enact this rule, and start the healing the longer these rules get kicked down the road, the more expensive the recovery process will be.
