Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on this subject. I am a retail investor that has a interest in seeing this regulation is passed. There has been blatant market manipulation which is obvious even to newer market investors. I am very displeased to see this decision has yet again been pushed off. I am very hopeful that the SEC takes necessary action to protect retail investors and the integrity of the markets. I have been very optimistic in light of recent regulation proposals that the issues keeping me from investing in the market are being addressed.
