To whom this may concern,
I would like to start off my thanking you very much for your time. I am grateful for our democracy and the freedoms that allows me to be able to express my opinions on such a matter at this time.
I will keep it brief and direct. As you all are very aware, there are malicious actors / institutions who have in the past and present, are illegally taking advantage of our fee and open market. These individuals threaten the very balance of a wonderful system, built on the backs of hard working Americans. These bad actors and groups have left the American stock market, and overall financial system in a weakened vulnerable state.
These individuals are the biggest threat to our free and open market, and are also an immense threat to our economy and our way of life. Retail investors, who are the most dedicated, caring and devoted are currently victims of these institutions that currently seek to destroy innocent lives, livelihoods and dreams of retail traders and other law abiding institutions that simply want the best life for themselves and their loved ones.
The DTCC and SEC currently are in possession of a wonderful opportunity to right the wrongs and correct the sins of our fathers in the past with this proposed rule change. You all will be changing millions of millions of retail investors, regular hard working peoples lives all across the world. You will change lives and give us hope for a better future not just for ourselves as individuals, but for our species as a whole on this planet.
I fully support, recommend and humbly ask that you consider successfully applying / integrating these proposed rule changes not only for the sake of the DTCC, the SEC, our fed and government, but for the sake of all retail traders, Americans, our international brothers and sisters. This rule doesnt just affect a small group of people, this is history in the making, and this piece of history will affects us all for many centuries to come.
