Good Morning, I wa reading this article: On March 5, 20Natio21, nal Securities Clearing Corporation (“NSCC”) filed a filed a proposed rule change filing (SR-NSCC-2021-002) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and an advance notice filing (SR-NSCC-2021-801) (the “Filings”) with the SEC and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System proposing to amend NSCC’s supplemental liquidity deposit (“SLD”) requirements.
