The SEC’s proposed new rule allowing for the clawback of executive compensation, including pay, bonuses, and profits from stock sales, is the bare minimum of a much needed reform. I fully support it and ask the SEC to plan to hit the ground running to immediately implement the rule and begin clawbacks the day it goes into effect. Thank you very much. Daniel Abraham
