Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, My name is Clarissa McLaughlin and I am a resident of Santee, CA. The SEC’s new rule allowing for the clawback of executive compensation--including pay, bonuses, and profits from stock sales--is a much needed reform.
