Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, I'm a retired citizen living in Sacramento, CA. I'm not a banker or a big investor, but I read the news and I am very proud of the SEC for its new rule allowing for the clawback of executive compensation, including pay, bonuses, and profits from stock sales.
